Who We Are
TaxSmith S.A.L.T. Compliancy Service (TSCS) Company is based in Bentonville, AR, USA. Founded by Ryan Smith, an accountant with 22 years working in the State and Local Tax arena, with 14 years of this experience overseeing compliance functions for a large NW Arkansas-based retailer. Mr. Smith worked in multiple roles that kept him squarely footed in both the tech and accounting worlds, while learning much about the retail business and how it operates.
Post-corporate life, Mr. Smith started TaxSmith Tax & Accounting in Grove, OK, specializing in small business accounting, tax compliance & strategic planning. Mr. Smith has maintained a presence in the multi-state S.A.L.T. arena, however, contracting with both individuals, companies, and software providers around the globe to share his expertise in the fintech, tax and accounting realms.

Further, we use your data - no recalculation gimmicks, no recalculated data that doesn't match your general ledger despite hours of adjustment - we file based on client data and advise of deficiencies where warranted, and will keep your liability accounts IN BALANCE.
